Wyzenbeek & Staff was organized in 1921 by Andrew Wyzenbeek as a group of Consulting Mechanical Engineers and until 1929 served in that capacity. On December 31, 1929, the firm became incorporated and the reorganization included the beginning of the Wyco line of Flexible Shaft machines along with other power tools. In 1941 Mr. Wyzenbeek developed a limited line of mostly gas powered, heavy-duty concrete vibrators. large portions of sales from the vibrators were due to the export market.
